June 9th is my birthday

Had to say it anyway I put a poll on my page a bit ago asking "If I were to open up commissions would you commission me?" A handful of you said you would, if my services were reasonable...

Well I sat down today looked at my bills, and my bank account and went "Yikes" So I got to work on a rough outline on this whole commission thing. I think I got everything on it that I need too, but I'm sure there will be revisions. It's kind of long, so I'll post it here as well as on my page in the future...If you don't care, skip down...

I've decided to try and give commissions a shot, seeing as though I don't have a job and I'm extremely low on cash. Gotta pay them bills

Below is a rough outline of how I kind of want things to work. I'm sure I'll be revising it. This is a foundation and if I see that a price needs to be changed while I'm working on your order I will change it. It will never be more than the original quote, I will absorb the extra money I need to spend unless it's ridiculous, then I'll find another way around it.

Below is a list of what I am able to work with. Notice that my stronger suites are probably the first three. Feel free to poke around my gallery if this is your first time visiting.

Methods available:
-Digital
-Traditional
- Clay (Or any other kind of moldable medium, I do a lot of work with Model magic etc.)
- Textile (Ie. plushies, pillows.)

Now I will break the prices down. (I know this is long, hang with me. this is my first attempt at doing this )

Prices:
I'm always willing to negotiate a price to better fit your budget.

Traditional:

-The base prices will remain the same unless you request more than one character then the base price will drop $2. Each additional character will then cost $2.

-If you have a custom request and the character is a bit more intricate, it may take me more time, and it might cost a little bit more. No worries, we will negotiate

-If you request a background, simply add an extra $1 to the base price. I do warn you though, that I am not very good at backgrounds. I am willing to do them. If you still want a background, go for it.

-Coloring in traditional media will mean with colored pencils or the like. This is not a digital media section.

-Single character, full body, no background, no ink, no color: $7
Pretty much a sketch.

-Single character, full body, no background, Inked, but no color: $8
Pretty much a line art.

-Single character, full body, no background, inked, colored: $9
Pretty much the line art colored.

-Single character, portrait, no ink, no color: $4
A neck up picture.

-Single character, portrait, inked, no color: $5

Digital-

- This area is for mainly coloring. I will draw what you order in traditional media, but I'll work with it on photoshop. The traditional media prices will not apply.

-Adding a background in photoshop by drawing it with my tablet will cost an additional $2.

-Single character, no background, flat coloring: $8
Just taking the line are a putting color into it, nothing too detailed.

-Single character, no background, detailed coloring: $12
This entails multiple layers on Photoshop, this will generally take longer. There will be shading, and highlights. Everything is blended.


-Single portrait, solid color background, detailed coloring: $14
This would be like my Ville Valo, Billie Joe Armstrong or my Tre Cool WIP. A reference will be used and linked. (Good example would be my Tree Cool WIP.) If you choose the reference, please provide the link as to where you got it from so that all credit can be given respectively.

Moldable Medium

-This is for the figures that I can make. So far I only really work with Sculpey clay that can be cooked to harden, and Model Magic, that dries into a light foam like hardness.

-The clay will generally cost more for materials, so the products may cost more. Model Magic is a little less expensive since I can get it in bulk.

-If the chosen medium is Model Magic, I buy nothing but white. If I want it colored, I paint it. I will give you the option of having it painted or not, but I recommend it being painted. That's how I do my eyes on the figures. If you do not want it painted, I can make the eyes and features.

-Each character, or figure, that is made will cost whatever the base price is, multiplied by how many you order. ( Ex: 1 figure $5, you order 3, that's $15)

-Small figure; the measurement will not break 2 inches:
Clay: $4
MM: $3; Painted: $4

-Medium figure; the measurement will not break 4 inches:
Clay: $8
MM: $5; Painted: $6

-Large figure; The measurement will not break 6 inches:
Clay: $12
MM: $7; Painted: $8

- If you want something bigger, like my Yoshi statue, the only available medium will be Model Magic, and we will negotiate the size of the figure, and the price.

Textile

-This is for plushies, and pillows. I can also make totes, and pilow cases or other little things. (Like chibi plushes) I can also make costumes, but that is a development in the process, and would require a lot of money and a lot of time. Here you will generally be spending the most money.

-This section will be highly customized by you, the "customer" I do not really have a lot of specifics at this time, I've only made a few different plushies and pillows. Just expect 15" plushies to cost about $20-$30

This is the only example I have, and it's still a WIP. The head is about 6.5 inches tall I think, so it's going to be a decent sized plush. If I were to sell this one I would sell it for $50. Just to give you an idea. We can always negotiate.

-Hentai, (anything nude, or sexual unless it is artfully respected)
-Noting racist or disrespectful

I unfortunately cannot give you an estimated time frame in which I will get your order done. When I work on pieces I usually work until I get them done. Unless it's a figure or plush of course. I will, however, update you on the status of your order as I work on it. You can always send me a note or an e-mail if you need to get in contact with me. (Contact info is below)

If you desire to have the actual piece of artwork that I complete for you, besides the plushes or figures, contact me and we will discuss shipping and handling.

If it i a digital piece that you want the original of, I will only be able to send you the original piece saved as a .PNG and it will not be watermarked. I will not send photoshop files, sorry.

~*~Payment Information~*~
At the time I only accept paypal, but we can discuss another form of payment if you contact me privately. If you can not do paypal, and you wish to ask for my services, I will require us to discuss the payment method BEFORE I begin work on your order.

As a preference I prefer a full payment before I get to work. If you are uncomfortable with that, contact me and we can discuss this, and also clear up any issues regarding your order.
